Overview
Use Smart Recommendations, powered by Titan Intelligence (TI), in Pricebook Pro to speed up estimates and boost sales. This feature analyzes industry sales data and suggests commonly sold services, making upselling easier.

To get started with Pricebook Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager.
Account configuration is required to use Smart Recommendations. To update your account, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Things to know
Smart Recommendations are only available for Pricebook Pro.
Smart Recommendations suggest commonly sold services and products.
With Pricebook Pro, ServiceTitan is enabled to use your data by default to enhance recommendations. You can adjust this setting anytime in Titan Intelligence data preferences.
Note: Disabling the settings will turn off all features powered by Titan Intelligence.
Use Smart Recommendations in the ServiceTitan Mobile app
Smart Recommendations are available for both estimates and invoice items in the ServiceTitan Mobile app. Follow the steps below to use Smart Recommendations on estimates and invoices:
For Estimates:
From the dashboard, tap View Current Job.
Tap Estimates.
On the Estimates screen, build a custom estimate or select estimates from a proposal template.
When you're ready to add items, tap Add Items.
After adding an item, recommendations appear in the Recommended section.
A message appears: "Smart Recommendations are generated based on services commonly sold with this job across the industry."
If you have the necessary permissions, you will see the prices of the recommended services.
For Invoices:
From the dashboard, tap View Current Job.
Tap Invoice.
On the Invoice screen, tap Add Items.
Select the item you want to add to the invoice.
When you tap Add to Invoice, Smart Recommendations appear in the Recommended section.
A message appears: "Smart Recommendations are generated based on services commonly sold with this job across the industry."
If you have the necessary permissions, you will see the prices of the recommended services.
Note: Recommendations added manually by office employees appear first, followed by Smart Recommendations. Smart Recommendations are marked with ti icon.
