Overview
The Hide line items on estimates feature helps you present clear, professional estimates to customers by hiding internal materials, parts, or costs that don't need to be shared. This improves customer confidence and streamlines your estimating process while keeping full internal cost visibility. With Document Template Engine (DTE) enabled, you can manage visibility directly from the estimate template; without DTE, you can hide items individually from the estimate screen.
