Change your Set Forwarding Number in ServiceTitan

Problem

You need to change the phone number that all of your calls are being sent to in ServiceTitan.

Solution

Edit your phone numbers

1. Log in to ServiceTitan.

2. Go to Settings > Phones > Phone Numbers in ServiceTitan.

3. At the top, you will find your Set Forwarding Number. This is the number that your calls are being sent to.

4. Enter the new number you want your calls to go to.

5. Save the changes.

6. Call any of your tracking numbers and make sure that the call is going to the new number.
