What to do if your ServiceTitan phone number is being spoofed

Problem

Your customers are receiving scam calls from your ServiceTitan phone number, which is being spoofed. This is causing confusion and frustration for both you and your customers.

Solution

Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the spoofing of your phone number in ServiceTitan. As the calls occur outside of ServiceTitan's network, we cannot see who or where they are coming from. Our only option is to minimize the impacts as much as we can.

Basic Phones: Stop Spoofed Number from Receiving Calls

Remove the phone number from ServiceTitan. Contact ServiceTitan Support to get connected with a Telecom Specialist.

Phones Pro: Stop Spoofed Number from Receiving Calls

1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

2. Select Phones Pro > Phone Numbers.

3. Find the spoofed phone number and click Edit on the right.

4. Under Assign number to target, select Reserve Pool.

5. When finished, click Save.

The number will no longer receive calls but remains in your account.
