Problem
Calls are not forwarded after business hours.
Solution
Change the Set Forwarding Number in Settings and enable the Use Default Number for all your tracking numbers.
Change the forwarding
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.Select Phones > Phone Numbers.
Find the section labeled Set Forwarding Number and enter the phone number you want calls forwarded to after hours.
Turn the Use Default Number toggle on for all the tracking numbers in your system. This action ensures that the forwarding number you set applies to all tracking numbers.
Test the forwarding function to ensure calls are now being forwarded correctly after business hours. You can do this by making a call to a tracking number after setting the forwarding number.
Note: These steps assume you are updating the forwarding through ServiceTitan. Please reach out to your phone provider if forwarding should happen automatically or if it happens outside of ServiceTitan.
