How to call numbers not in my customer list on Basic Phones

Problem

You cannot place outbound calls to phone numbers that are not registered in any customer profiles on your account using the standard click-to-call feature.

Solution

Create a Customer Profile

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Call Booking.

  2. Click Add Customer to create a new customer profile.

  3. Enter the contact's phone number in the profile details and save it.

  4. Open the new customer profile and click the phone number to place the call.

Enable Advanced Calling Features

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

  2. Discuss enabling Contact Center Pro to allow outbound calls to numbers outside your customer database.
