Overview
You can change a service agreement's status after creating it, for example, if a customer rejects the agreement and you need to create a new one.
Who uses this feature
Administrators, accountants, estimators, project managers, and operations managers.
Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement business types, and Residential Service and Replacement business types

Things to know
The status of a service agreement helps you to keep track of the proposal and communications between your organization and the end customer.
Change service agreement status
Go to the Service Agreement section in the Customer record.
Find the service agreement and click Edit
in its Status column. 
Select one of the following Statuses:
Draft: Service Agreement is being created
Sent: Service Agreement sent to your customers
Rejected: Service Agreement rejected by your customers
Accepted: Service Agreement accepted by your customers
Activated: Service Agreement activated to be in use
Auto-renew: Service Agreement is set to automatically renew on its Start Date

to delete the selected status.
