Problem
Technicians need to call customers in the ServiceTitan mobile app without booking a new job.
Solution
Open the ServiceTitan mobile app on your device and go to the Follow-Up tab. This is where you can find estimates from completed jobs you are assigned to.
Look for the opportunity that belongs to the customer you want to call.
Tap View Opportunity.
Tap Call to place a call to the customer.

Note: Calling from the History tab without an open estimate is not currently supported.
