Problem

Account configuration is required for technicians to change the quantities of materials on sold estimates in ServiceTitan Mobile. Otherwise, any changes they make will revert to the original quantities.

Solution

If changes made by a technician to the quantity of a material on a sold estimate revert back, it may indicate that your account is not configured to allow technicians to edit sold estimates. Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Technical Support to enable this feature for your technicians.
