Use ServiceTitan Mobile to call customers. Call recordings can be accessed from the customer profile.

Call customer directly from the ServiceTitan Mobile
To call a customer directly from the ServiceTitan Mobile, complete the following:
Tap Contact Details from the Job screen.
Tap Call next to the number you would like to call.
Note: Make sure to tap Call. Do not dial the number from your phone. Direct calls from your phone are not recorded or attached to the customer record.
A notification asks you to confirm the call. Tap Call. ServiceTitan rings your phone. When you pick up, you are connected to the customer.
Tip: To call customers in the ServiceTitan mobile app without booking a new job, go to the Follow-Up tab, find the relevant opportunity, and tap View Opportunity.
