Booking Confirmation Notifications Not Going Through

Problem

You report that booking confirmation notifications are not going through. The customers receive every text after, but not the initial booking confirmation. In the job audit trail, the SMS status is error, and the reason is unknown. The issue might be connected to the outbound SMS number, but it is not confirmed.

Solution

  1. Try to resubmit the booking.

  2. Make sure that customer notifications are still on by going to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Communications > Customer notifications.

  3. Make sure that you are registered for SMS by going to Settings > Your Account > Register for texting.

  4. If everything looks correct and you're still having issues, contact Technical Support.
