Problem
Calls answered by an answering service are being marked as abandoned in ServiceTitan. This causes confusion and inaccuracies in call reporting.
Solution
To prevent calls to be marked as abandoned call, select one of the following options:
Provide the Answering Service a ServiceTitan profile. This allows you to login and click the green bubble when a call is presented.
Note: This level of service is not common with Answering Services, therefore you need to find one that accommodates this request.
Alternatively, you can go back into the call history and reclassify the call not to be abandoned.
Note: These are the only options available to prevent calls answered by an answering service from being marked as abandoned in ServiceTitan.
