Overview
Attach Service Agreement (SA) visits to jobs during the call booking process from the Calls and Bookings screens. This allows CSRs to discover bookable SA visits during a call and attach a single visit to the job, ensuring accurate records and preventing duplicate jobs.

Things to know
Currently, you can only attach one visit per job. This attaches the unscheduled service agreement visit to the job.
If there are unscheduled service agreement visits available for a customer's location, a banner with service agreement visits displays on the Call Booking and Bookings screen.
Attach a visit from Job Booking screen
To attach a service agreement visit to a job from the Job Booking screen:
On a call with a customer on the Call Booking screen, click Attach Visit.

On the Select Service Agreement Visit pop-up that opens, select a visit you want to attach to a job and click Attach to Job.
The visit appears on a Call Booking screen and fills out the job fields. Note: Click Detach Visit to remove the visit from a job.

Check the job details and click Book job. The service agreement visit gets attached to the job.

Attach a visit from Bookings screen
To attach a service agreement visit to a job from the Bookings screen:
Open the booking request on the Bookings screen.
Click Attach Visit.

On the Select Service Agreement Visit pop-up that opens, select a visit you want to attach to a job and click Attach to Job. The visit appears on the Bookings screen and fills out the job fields.
Check the job details and click Book job.
