Difference between a visit and a job

When creating a service agreement, in the Scope of Work step, you can add visits. Visits are placeholders for future work accounted for in the service agreement. Jobs are booked from the visit and represent the actual work that is completed for the service agreement.

When adding visits to the service agreement, make sure to fill out as much detail for the visit as possible. This information is pre-populated when booking the job, which saves you time and ensures the correct information is added to a job.
