Use the Dashboard tab to see a high-level overview of your service agreement details.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, accountants, estimators, project managers, and operations managers.

  • Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement business types, and Residential Service and Replacement business types

  • Applies to all trades

In the Visit Status section, you can enter scheduling notes or view the remaining visits on the agreement.

Visit status shows 0 of 2 visits completed with scheduling notes and remaining visits.

Click Add Scheduling Notes to add extra information about the scheduling preferences for the agreement.

Use the Remaining Visits list to see details about upcoming visits. If a job is ready to book, click Book Job under the Job # or use the Actions menu.

If you no longer need a visit, click Actions, then click Dismiss Visit.

Note: If a visit is associated with a job, it can't be dismissed.

If you need to delete a visit, click Actions, then click Delete Visit.

Tip: Dismiss versus Delete
If you are not performing a visit that was committed to, but you don't want to alter the agreement or price that the customer pays for the service agreement, you should Dismiss the visit. This marks the visit as complete, recognizes the revenue, and doesn't alter the Scope of Work.
If you want to alter the agreed-upon visit schedule, you should Delete the visit. This completely removes the visit from the agreement and alters the Scope of Work. Deleting a visit allows you to alter the active agreement without needing to cancel it and create a new agreement for the customer.

If you need to remove a visit from a job, click Actions, then click Detach job.

Note: You can't detach a visit from a completed job.

The Billing Status section displays the amount billed, the remaining amount to be billed, the billing schedule, and the next billing date.
