Review the new features and improvements coming soon in ServiceTitan’s 20.0 Field Mobile App Release.
This release rolls out in phases. Improvements will appear first, followed by new features, over a two-week period. You may not see all changes at once.
To check your release version, open the Field Mobile App and go to Menu 
> About

20.0 Improvements
Book follow-up jobs during closeout in the Field Mobile App: A new Book Follow-up Job option appears during closeout in the Field Mobile App. Schedule a return visit for the same customer without leaving the closeout flow. Leave booked jobs unassigned for dispatcher routing in the Field Mobile App: The Book Job flow in the Field Mobile App now includes a Leave Unassigned option. Technicians with the permission enabled can book a job and let the dispatcher assign it later. Jobs without the permission continue to auto-assign as before. Go directly to document annotations and RFIs from Field Mobile App messages: Tap annotation links in Messages to go directly to the referenced document. When reviewing an RFI, tap View on drawing to jump to the exact annotation. No more calling the office to find the right file.
