Review the new features and improvements coming soon in ServiceTitan’s 20.0 Field Mobile App Release.
This release rolls out in phases. Improvements will appear first, followed by new features, over a two-week period. You may not see all changes at once.

20.0 New features
Run mixed timekeeping modes in the Field Mobile App with Simple Timekeeping: A new Simple timekeeping mode is available in the Field Mobile App. Technicians see a streamlined Clock In, Clock Out, and Meal Break flow. Different timekeeping modes can run side by side in your business unit.
20.0 Improvements
Manage non-job events directly from the timesheet with Continuous Timekeeping in the Field Mobile App: Non-job events now appear directly in the Continuous Timekeeping timesheet. Technicians with the proper permissions can start scheduled events early, create new ones on the fly, and edit details in progress. Completed events show accurate times on the timesheet.
Book follow-up jobs during closeout in the Field Mobile App: A new Book Follow-up Job option appears during closeout in the Field Mobile App. Schedule a return visit for the same customer without leaving the closeout flow. Customer and location details are filled in automatically.
Leave booked jobs unassigned for dispatcher routing in the Field Mobile App: The Book Job flow in the Field Mobile App now includes a Leave Unassigned option. Technicians with the permission enabled can book a job and let the dispatcher assign it later. Jobs without the permission continue to auto-assign as before.
Go directly to document annotations and RFIs from Field Mobile App messages: Tap annotation links in Messages to go directly to the referenced document. When reviewing an RFI, tap View on drawing to jump to the exact annotation. No more calling the office to find the right file.
Select account details for ACH and check payments in the Field Mobile App: Two new fields appear on the ACH and MRDC payment screens for businesses that process check payments through Adyen. Select Account Type and Account Holder Type to complete the payment.
