Review the new features and improvements coming soon in ServiceTitan's 19.1 Field Mobile App Release.
This release rolls out in phases. Improvements will appear first, followed by new features, over a two-week period. You may not see all changes at once.
To check your release version, open the Field Mobile App and go to Menu 
> About

Improvements
Use multiple devices on the same job with Primary Sign-In to stay productive in the field: Previously, signing into a second device automatically signed out the first. Now, Primary Sign-In allows technicians to stay logged in on both a phone and tablet simultaneously. Jobs, schedules, and data remain synced across both devices, supporting uninterrupted on-site workflows. For more, see the detailed release note and step-by-step knowledge base article.
