Why can’t I see all the business units and job types on the Call Booking screen and all the technicians on the Dispatch Board?

Problem

I can't see all business units and job types when booking a job. The dispatch board does not show all technicians.

Solution

Remove the business unit in your profile settings. This will show all business units, job types, and technicians.

Update your employee permissions

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click People > Employees.

  3. Select the employee and click Edit.

  4. In the Profile tab, remove the Business Unit from the dropdown.

  5. Click Save Changes.
