You want to know if you can make the Arrival Window feature optional in ServiceTitan.
Solution
You can't make arrival windows optional for CSRs, but you can turn the feature on or off based on your preference. To do this:
Go to Settings > Operations > Job Booking.
Under the Configure Fields on Job Booking Screen section, select or deselect Arrival Windows based on your preference.
When finished, click Save.
The time range communicated to a customer for when a technician will arrive.
What it does: Sets customer expectations proactively, reducing 'where's my tech?' calls and improving satisfaction scores.
