What is causing some job types to be missing from the dropdown list on the Call booking screen for a tenant?

Problem

Some job types are missing from the dropdown list on the Call Booking screen.

Solution

Check business unit attached to the job type

  1. Confirm you are an Admin user. Only Admins can change these settings.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. In the side panel, go to Operations > Job Types.

  4. Select the job type that the employee is missing from the call booking screen from the Job type dropdown.

  5. See which business unit is attached to the job type.        

    Note: If the employee is assigned to a specific Business unit, the system will only show job types assigned to that business unit.

       

  6. In Settings, go to People > Employees.

  7. Click Edit next to the employee experiencing the issue.

  8. Look for the Business Unit selected in the employee's profile. Make sure that the business unit assigned to the missing job type is selected on the employees profile.

  9. Click Save Changes.

  10. Ask the employee to go to the Call booking screen and check the dropdown list for job types. They should now see the missing job type in the dropdown list.
