How do I bulk complete tasks in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You need to close out several Task Management tasks assigned to you in ServiceTitan and doing it manually would take a lot of time. You can accomplish this by reaching out to ServiceTitan Support.

Solution

1. Make sure you have the Allow data change requests to support permission enabled for your profile.

2. Contact ServiceTitan support.

3. Request a bulk task completion for your account.

4. Provide the date range that all of the tasks fall under. For example, 07/01/2025 - 07/07/2025.

5. Specify the number of tasks.

6. Wait for confirmation from the support team.

7. Check your email for updates on the request.

8. Verify the tasks are completed in your ServiceTitan account.
