Overview
The Marketing Pro Enterprise module in Enterprise Hub allows you to create email marketing campaigns in a template tenant and then deploy those campaigns to tenants in your network. This saves you time by eliminating the need to recreate campaigns in each tenant's account.
Who uses this feature
Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team
Primarily benefits Commercial Service & Replacement and Residential Service & Replacement business types
Feature configuration
This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact technical support for details.
Things to know
You’ll use the template tenant to create your marketing campaigns. You can then deploy those marketing campaigns to the tenants in your network. This prevents you from having to create marketing campaigns for each tenant.
Important: Your template tenant should be a sandbox account, not a live shop. If you already use Marketing Pro and have campaigns set up, contact your CSM to clone your current account. You can then use the clone as your template tenant to protect your active campaigns and live environment.
You can create tenant groups to organize tenants in your network. This allows you to deploy targeted marketing content for each group. For example, if your network includes 20 tenants, with 10 belonging to Brand 1 and 10 to Brand 2, you can create a Brand 1 tenant group and a Brand 2 tenant group. This prevents marketing content for Brand 1 from being sent to Brand 2 tenants and vice versa.
You can only create and deploy email and SMS campaigns in Marketing Pro Enterprise. You cannot create and deploy Direct Mail campaigns yet.
You can stop campaigns deployed to tenants directly in Marketing Pro Enterprise. This saves you time from having to stop deployed campaigns for each tenant.
When you push a campaign as a template, you can optionally link it to an Atlas Recommendation Strategy. When a strategy is assigned, Atlas recommends your branded campaigns to franchisees for that opportunity instead of ServiceTitan default campaigns. If you don't select a strategy, the campaign is pushed as a standard template without Atlas recommendations.
Benefits of using this feature
Centralized Campaign Creation: Build email campaigns in a single template tenant, eliminating the need to create separate campaigns for each individual tenant.
Targeted Tenant Groups: Create and manage tenant groups, allowing you to deliver tailored marketing content to specific audiences.
Streamlined Campaign Management: Deploy and manage email campaigns for multiple tenants from one centralized location.
Automatic Customization: Automatically generate unique company logos and tracking numbers for each tenant when launching a campaign.
Effortless Campaign Control: Stop deployed campaigns across all tenants without needing to access them individually.
Comprehensive Reporting: Use Rollup Reporting to track network-wide or individual tenant performance.
Atlas-Powered Branded Recommendations: Link pushed campaign templates to Atlas Recommendation Strategies so Atlas recommends your branded campaigns to franchisees, replacing ServiceTitan default campaigns for those opportunities.
