Create and edit user roles in Enterprise Hub

Overview

Enterprise Hub (EH) is ServiceTitan’s multi-tenant platform that enables management across ServiceTitan tenants. Enterprise Hub user roles allow you to assign a group of permissions to a user.


Who uses this feature

  • Owners, general managers, administrators, and centralized call center representatives (CSRs)

  • Applies to all business types

Feature configuration

  • This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact technical support for details.

Things to know

  • One user can be assigned multiple roles.

  • Users with the Manage Roles permission can view and edit roles.

  • The user's permissions are the set of all permissions granted to any role assigned to that user.

Access user roles

Access user roles by going to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and logging in with your credentials.

  1. Click User Management.

  2. In the User Management screen that opens, select Roles.

Create user roles

Note: When you create new roles, reporting and dashboard permissions aren’t automatically granted by default. You need to set up reporting and dashboard permissions for each tenant. For more, see Set up Enterprise Hub role permissions.

To create user roles and assign permissions to a user:

  1. Access user roles.

  2. In the Roles section, click Create New Role.

  3. In the Add role details section, enter the basic information of the role.

  4. Click Next Step.

  5. In the Select Enterprise Hub permissions section, you can give the following permissions that affect the employee’s ability to use Enterprise Hub. For more, see Set up Enterprise Hub role permissions.

  6. Click Next Step.

  7. In the Select ServiceTitan permission section, you can give permissions that affect the employee’s ability to use ServiceTitan. For more, see Set up ServiceTitan role permissions.

  8. When finished, click Save.

Duplicate user roles

  1. Access user roles.

  2. Select the user you want to duplicate and click Duplicate .Roles management interface displaying Basic CSR role and permissions options.

  3. Make the necessary changes and click Save.

Edit user roles

  1. Access user roles.

  2. Click the user role you want to edit.

  3. In the EnterpriseHub permissions section, edit permissions.

  4. In the ServiceTitan permissions section, edit permissions.

  5. In the Assigned users section, view the assigned users.

  6. Click Save Changes.
