Overview

Use Marketing Pro Enterprise to create and manage SMS campaigns across multiple tenants from a single location—saving time and simplifying the process of scaling marketing with consistent communication across their entire network. Create SMS campaigns in a template tenant and then deploy those campaigns to tenants in your Enterprise Hub network. This streamlines multi-location marketing efforts, enabling consistent, efficient, and relevant messaging.


Who uses this feature

  • Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team

  • Primarily benefits Commercial Service & Replacement and Residential Service & Replacement business types

Feature configuration

  • This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact technical support for details.

Things to know

  • Campaigns are created in a single, non-customer-facing tenant used only for templating.

  • ServiceTitan generates local area code numbers per tenant or reuses previous numbers.

Access Marketing Pro Enterprise

  1. Enter the Enterprise Hub URL into a web browser.

  2. Enter your username and password.

  4. Click Marketing to open Marketing Pro Enterprise.

  5. The Tenants Group page opens.

  6. On the Tenants Group screen, click More> Sign In for the tenant group you want to create a marketing campaign for. This signs you into the template tenant for that group.

Create SMS campaign

  1. In the template tenant, go to Marketing > Pro Campaigns.

  2. Click Create Campaign.

  3. Select SMS Text Message - Transactional Campaigns as the campaign category, then click Next.

  4. Finish setting up your SMS campaign by following the steps Create a Marketing SMS campaign.

  5. When you’re finished, click Finish Later to save the campaign as a draft. You don't need to launch or schedule the campaign in the template tenant.

The campaign is now available to deploy in Marketing Pro Enterprise from the Manage Campaigns screen.

Deploy campaigns to tenants in Enterprise Hub

After creating an SMS campaign in a template tenant, you can deploy it to other tenants or send it as a Template, which will appear in the Autopilot Launchpad of each tenant.

To deploy a campaign:

  1. In the side menu, click Manage Campaigns.

  2. Click on the Channel filter and select SMS. 

  3. Find the campaign you want to deploy in the list. 

  4. Click More> Deploy to open the Launch Campaign form.

    Note: You can see a preview of the campaign’s SMS sequence on this form.

  5. Select how you want to launch this campaign. You can:

    1. Launch the campaign for all tenants associated with the template tenant used to create this campaign. 

    2. Launch the campaign for specific groups.

    3. Launch the campaign for specific tenants.

  6. If you’re launching the campaign for specific groups or tenants, select the groups or tenants you want to launch the campaign for.

  7. Click the Calendar to select the Launch Date for the campaign or enter the date manually.

  8. Select Generate phone numbers to automatically generate a unique tracking phone number for each tenant.

    Note: If you don’t select this option, you might have difficulty tracking which customer responses belong to which tenant.

  9. When  finished, click Confirm to launch the campaign.
    Select campaign launch method and set launch date for HVAC service promotion.

  10. The campaign is now scheduled to launch. Each SMS will be sent at the time you selected when setting up the campaign, adjusted for each tenant's local time zone.
    Example: If you set the Send Time to 6:00 PM, tenants in the Eastern time zone will get the SMS at 6:00 PM ET, and tenants in the Pacific time zone will get it at 6:00 PM PT.

Stop deployed campaigns

You can stop deployed campaigns for all tenants or individual tenants.

  1. In the side menu, click Manage Campaigns.

  2. Find the campaign you want to stop in the list.

  3. Click More> Stop for all tenants.

Stop a deployed campaign for specific tenants

  1. In the side menu, click Manage Campaigns.

  2. Click the name of the campaign you want to stop for specific tenants in the list. Select the tenants to stop the campaign for.

  3. Click Stop Campaign(s).
