Overview
Use the Recurring Service Events template to create reports on recurring service events to help manage and review membership service jobs. Each row in the report represents a recurring service event.
Example Recurring Services reports:
Run a report on how many recurring service events were booked into jobs for a given season.
Schedule monthly reports on material items that appear on recurring service invoice templates, like filters or refrigerant, to manage inventory for upcoming service visits.

The ability to create custom reports is dependent on your ServiceTitan Package. For custom reports access, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Things to know
You can also manage recurring service events in Follow Ups.
Click a recurring service event ID entry to open the corresponding record in a new window.
If you’re unsure which columns you want to include in your report, use the Reporting Dictionary to search for appropriate data fields.
You can use this template to create as many custom reports as you need. Each report created from the template is independent and can be run or scheduled without needing to recreate it from the original template.
Create a Recurring Services report
Follow the steps to create a custom report based on the Recurring Service Events template.
By default, the Recurring Service Events template includes these columns:
Recurring Service Name: Recurring service type the recurring service event is created from
Membership Type: Membership type associated with the recurring service event
Status: Status of the recurring service event
Last Follow Up Date: Most recent date an attempt was made to contact the customer
Recurring Service Event Date: Date of the recurring service event
Recurring Service Event ID: Unique ID of the customer’s recurring service event
You can customize the report by selecting additional columns from these sections:
Recurring Service Basics: Details from the recurring service record, such as number of visits, visits remaining, membership status, etc.
Recurring Service Event Details: Information about the recurring service event, including follow up attempts and last follow up notes
Recurring Service Invoice Template Details: Details from the recurring service’s invoice template which is used to generate invoices for recurring service jobs. This section includes item details, such as item type, item name, item description, item unit price, etc.
Customer and Location Details: Details about the customer and service location attached to the recurring service, such as customer address, customer phone, customer email, location address, location phone, location email, preferred technician, etc.
Job Information: Details from the recurring service job record, such as job type, job status, job scheduled date and time, assigned technicians, etc.
Run a report
Before running the report, set filters to narrow your results:
From the Recurring Service Type dropdown, select which recurring service types you want to include in the report. The report filters for recurring service events generated from the recurring service types selected.

From the Membership Type dropdown, select which membership types you want to include in the report. The report filters for recurring service events associated with the membership types selected.

From the Membership Status dropdown, select which membership statuses to filter for: Active, Suspended, Expired, Canceled, or Deleted.

From the Recurring Service Event Status dropdown, select which recurring service event statuses to filter for:
Not Attempted: No one has tried to contact the customer yet
Unreachable: Customer did not respond to contact attempts
Dismissed: No job was booked and the recurring service event was dismissed
Contacted: Customer was successfully contacted, but no job was booked
Job: Scheduled: Recurring service event was booked into a scheduled job
Job: In Progress: Recurring service event was booked into a job that is in progress
Job: Hold: Recurring service event was booked into a job that is on hold
Job: Completed: Recurring service event was booked into a job that was completed
Job: Canceled: Recurring service event was booked into a job that was canceled

Click the Filter By dropdown and select which date type to report on:
Recurring Service Event Date: Date of the recurring service event
Job Scheduled Date: If the event was booked into a job, date of the scheduled job
Last Follow Up Date: Most recent date an attempt was made to contact the customer

Click the From - To calendar fields to set a date range for your selection from the Filter By dropdown. You can:
Use the calendar to select a specific date range and then click Apply.

Use the left menu to select a preset date range:
Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time.
Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
This Week: From Monday through Sunday of the current week.
Week to Date: From Monday through the current date of the current week.
Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including today.
Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including today.
Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including today.
Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day.
Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.
Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including today.
This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.
Last Quarter: Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.
Quarter to Date: From the first day of the current quarter to the current day.
Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day.
Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including today.
Last Year: From January 1 of the previous year to December 31.
When you’re done setting your filters, click Run Report.
Tip: Click Edit Columns to add and remove columns. You can arrange report columns and apply filters for further customization.
