Track time for your whole crew with Bulk Timekeeping to manage hours in one place: Before, techs working in teams had to enter timesheets one at a time for each person. This update connects Bulk Timekeeping to Continuous Timekeeping, letting leads manage their crew’s hours together. Techs with the right permissions can now view, create, and edit timesheets for several teammates at once. Access full equipment details to capture complete inventory info and spot revenue opportunities: You can now see when equipment is nearing the end of its predicted life using the TI replacement date, giving you key insights on when to inspect or offer replacement options. Additionally, new capacity fields are available to capture key information on location equipment, enabling the planning of maintenance or repairs. All of this is also made easier by equipment details now being auto-filled if selected from a pricebook-based equipment.
