After you have a username and password, you can download the Field Mobile App, sign in, and start using it.

Things to know

  • Before you can start using the Field Mobile App, a technician profile must be created. There are two ways to do this:

    • Your office can email you an invitation to create a profile yourself.

    • Your office can manually create a profile for you and provide temporary sign-in credentials. You’re prompted to change your password after you sign in.

  • Passwords must:

    • Have 10 or more characters

    • Include at least one uppercase and one lowercase character, A–Z and a–z

    • Include at least one number, 0–9

    • Be uncommon and different from your last five passwords

      Tip: To make your password more secure, include a special character like @ or #.

  • After one year, you’re prompted to reset your password for security.

  • If you sign in to the Field Mobile App on another device, you’ll be automatically signed out on your original device.

  • Coming soon to Field Mobile App Release 19.1: If needed, you can stay signed in on a phone and a tablet at the same time. To do this, tap the main Sign In button. Please note that tapping Use Legacy Login doesn’t allow you to stay signed in on multiple devices—it automatically signs you out on your original device.

    Several features require you to sign in using the main Sign-In button, such as Messages, Projects, FleetPro, and Search.

Download the Field Mobile App

During Limited Release, the Field Mobile App is limited to specific accounts. After the Field Mobile App is enabled for your account, you can download and install it on your device.

Follow the steps for your device below.

On Android

to download ServiceTitan Field (Field Mobile App) from the Google Play Store. After you install the app, use your ServiceTitan credentials to .

On iOS

to download ServiceTitan Field (Field Mobile App) from the Apple App Store. After you install the app, use your ServiceTitan credentials to .

Tip: To update the Field Mobile App on TestFlight, open TestFlight and tap Update next to ServiceTitan Field.

Sign in to the Field Mobile App

On Android

  1. Tap Field to open the app.

  2. On the Sign in screen that opens, tap Sign in.

  3. On the window that opens, enter your Username and Password then tap Sign In.

On iOS

  1. Tap ST Field to open the app.

  2. On the Sign in screen that opens, tap Sign in.

Reset your password in the Field Mobile App

There are a few situations in which you need to reset your password:

  • If your office manually created a profile for you, you’re prompted to update your password after you sign in with your temporary credentials.

  • After one year, you’re prompted to reset your password for security reasons.

  • If you forgot your password, you can reset it by tapping Forgot Password on the Sign In screen.

    Tip: You can also reset your password at any time by tapping Menu > Change Password .

To reset your password on both Android and iOS:

  1. On the Reset Password screen, tap Reset Password.

    Note: How you get to the Reset Password screen depends on which situation led you to reset your password. For more, see the situations listed above.

  2. On the browser screen that opens, enter the username, email address, or mobile phone number associated with your profile and then tap Submit.

  3. An Enter Code screen opens, asking you to enter the verification code sent to your email address associated with your profile. Open your email and copy the code.

    Note: If you have multiple accounts between technicians and office employees, make sure to enter the code for the technician, which is listed right above the code.

  4. Go back to the Enter Code screen, paste the code from your email, and then tap Verify Account.

  5. On the screen that opens, follow the instructions and enter your new password twice, making sure the passwords match, then tap Submit.

  6. On the screen that opens, tap Done.

  7. Go back to the Sign In screen and sign in with your new password.

    Note: If you need further assistance after trying these steps, please reach out to your account administrator so they can try resetting your password from the office.

Update the Field Mobile App

If your company uses a device manager, reach out to your account administrator for how to get the latest version. Otherwise, follow the steps below.

On Android

  1. Go to the Google Play Store and tap your profile picture.

  2. On the pop-up screen that opens, tap Manage apps & device.

  3. Under Updates available, tap See details.

  4. Next to ServiceTitan Field, tap Update.

On iOS

If you’re using TestFlight:

  1. Open the TestFlight app you used to originally download the Field Mobile App.

  2. Next to ServiceTitan Field, tap Update.

    Tip: Tap ServiceTitan Field to see more details. From here, you can turn on the Automatic Updates toggle to avoid having to update the Field Mobile App manually.

If you’re using the regular App Store:

  1. Go to the App Store and tap your profile picture.

  2. Next to ServiceTitan Field, tap Update.

    Tip: In App Store Settings, you can turn on automatic updates so you don’t have to update your iOS apps manually. For more, see Apple’s article How to manually update apps from the App Store.

What is the Field Mobile App?

The Field Mobile App is a full-scale rebuild of the existing technician app, ServiceTitan Mobile. The Field Mobile App aims to improve key workflows so technicians have a better experience.

The Field Mobile App is fully native, meaning technicians will enjoy enhanced performance, increased security, intuitive design elements, and fewer crashes.

The Field Mobile App is optimized for phones and tablets using iOS or Android. This means technicians can use their phone while working in an attic or tablet while at a table presenting to customers.

When will the Field Mobile App be available?

The Field Mobile App is currently available for all ServiceTitan customers to download and use in their account, however we are continuing to add legacy features.

As we continue to build features and functionalities to supercharge your businesses' workflows, we recommend that you download the app now to get familiar with it.

Will I still have access to the current app, ServiceTitan Mobile?

You'll be specifically notified of your company's upgrade date, based on the availability of the features you currently use. For most, it will be early 2026.

You can download the new Field Mobile App now to try it out. You'll continue to have access to the current legacy app, ServiceTitan Mobile, up through the date of your upgrade to the new Field Mobile App.

How do I download the latest version of the Field Mobile App?

The Field Mobile App also supports Spanish interface elements when your device language is set to Spanish. Buttons, headers, and filters will appear in Spanish. Data entered by your office stays in its original language.

How can I access the Spanish version of the Field Mobile App?

The Field Mobile App uses the language set in your device settings. Set your mobile device to Spanish to see the language update in the Field Mobile App.
