Field Mobile App release 16.0 adds new capabilities to customize navigation, manage negative quantities, view costs, and reserve purchase order numbers directly from the field.
What's changing?
We've introduced a number of user experience enhancements, including:
View Cost and Price fields: The Field Mobile App now displays Cost and Price fields with labels in the estimate and invoice cart so you can verify pricing.
Reserve PO numbers: ServiceTitan automatically reserves a purchase order (PO) number when you start a new PO so you have the correct number before you submit.
View Location Record permission: You can access customer and location record information and full Location Info / Jobsite Details tab details only if you have the View Location Record permission enabled.
Customize bottom navigation: You can now rearrange or hide items on the bottom navigation bar to prioritize the features you use most.

Navigation updates: The Jobs tab is now called Home and has an updated icon. It contains the same information for your jobs, but now it's clearer that this is your main "Home" screen for all your work.

Edit estimates in Follow Up: You can tap on an estimate in the Follow Up screen to open and edit it directly in the native app.

How to Prepare?
Identify which technicians need access to sensitive data like material costs or location records and adjust their permissions in Settings.
Train your field team on how to drag and drop items on their bottom navigation bar to organize their workspace.
Inform technicians that purchase order (PO) numbers will now generate automatically when they begin a new order.
Confirm that technicians using iOS tablets are aware that bottom-sheet menus will now open in full-screen mode for better visibility.
