Field Mobile App release 16.0 adds new capabilities to customize navigation, manage negative quantities, view costs, and reserve purchase order numbers directly from the field.

What's changing?

How to Prepare?

  1. Identify which technicians need access to sensitive data like material costs or location records and adjust their permissions in Settings.

  2. Train your field team on how to drag and drop items on their bottom navigation bar to organize their workspace.

  3. Inform technicians that purchase order (PO) numbers will now generate automatically when they begin a new order.

  4. Confirm that technicians using iOS tablets are aware that bottom-sheet menus will now open in full-screen mode for better visibility.
