Field Pro Day in Review is a new feature that gives technicians a personalized summary of their workday—including key performance metrics, highlights, and training recommendations—directly in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App. This feature is only available in the Field Mobile App if you are also using the Field Pro feature.
What's new?
Before, technicians had no quick, consolidated way to see how their day went once they wrapped up their jobs. There was no in-app summary or a place to view personalized coaching based on how the day actually went. With Field Pro Day in Review, technicians now see a card on the Field Mobile App dashboard each day that opens an engaging summary, celebrates wins, and surfaces targeted training content to help them grow.

A technician finishes their jobs for the day.

How it works for your industry
Residential Service and Replacement
A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) technician completes three service calls in a day. At the end of their shift, they tap the Your Day in Review card on the Field Mobile App dashboard and see a summary of their day.
A plumbing technician who has been working on improving their estimate conversion rate taps into their Day in Review and sees a training recommendation.
A technician who missed seeing their latest Day in Review can tap View All from the Field Mobile App dashboard to pull up a full history of past reviews, so they can track their progress over time.
How to Prepare?
Verify that you are using the Field Pro feature. If you are interested in Field Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).
Have an administrator reach out to Support or their Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have the Enable Day in Review configuration enabled for your account.
Confirm that technicians who should access Day in Review have the View Field Pro permission enabled in their profile settings.
Ensure technicians have notifications enabled for the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App so they receive push notifications when a new Day in Review is ready.
Train technicians on how to access their Day in Review from the Field Mobile App dashboard—both the Your Day in Review card and the View All option for browsing past reviews.
Identify which technicians will benefit most from the personalized training content and align with managers on how to use Day in Review as part of ongoing coaching conversations.
