This improvement adds the Mass Reschedule button to the Daily and Weekly Dispatch Board header so dispatchers can reschedule appointments in bulk without switching to the legacy dispatch board.
What's changing?
Previously, dispatchers who used the new Daily Dispatch Board had to navigate back to the legacy dispatch board to access Mass Reschedule. Now, the Mass Reschedule button is available directly in the Daily and Weekly Dispatch Board header, so dispatchers can stay in one place to manage their schedule for the day.

Go to the navigation bar and click Dispatch > Dispatch Board.
Identify a need to reschedule multiple appointments, such as weather delays or a technician calling out.
Leave the Dispatch Board and navigate to the Classic Dispatch Board.
Go to the calendar day for which you want to reschedule multiple appointments and click Mass Reschedule.
Select the appointments to reschedule and click Apply Changes.
Impact: Dispatchers lose time and context by switching between the new and legacy dispatch boards to complete a routine bulk action.
After
Go to the navigation bar and click Dispatch > Dispatch Board.
Identify a need to reschedule multiple appointments, such as weather delays or a technician calling out.
Go to the calendar day for which you want to reschedule multiple appointments and click Mass Reschedule.
Select the appointments to reschedule and click Apply Changes.
Impact: Dispatchers stay in the Daily Dispatch Board and complete bulk rescheduling without navigating away.

A dispatcher sees that a technician called in sick and needs to move all of that technician's appointments to the next available day. They click Mass Reschedule from the Daily Dispatch Board header and reassign the appointments without leaving the board.
Severe weather forces your team to pause afternoon appointments. A dispatcher uses Mass Reschedule from the Daily Dispatch Board to shift all affected appointments to the following morning.
A last-minute schedule change means a team's appointments need to move to a different day. The dispatcher handles the bulk reschedule in the Daily Dispatch Board instead of switching to the legacy board.
Commercial Service and Replacement
A property manager cancels access to a building for the day, and a dispatcher needs to move all related appointments. They use Mass Reschedule directly in the Daily Dispatch Board to handle the change.
A commercial dispatcher identifies a group of preventive maintenance appointments that need to shift to next week. They bulk reschedule from the Daily Dispatch Board header without switching views.

How to prepare
Inform dispatchers that the Mass Reschedule button is now available in the Daily and Weekly Dispatch Board header and no longer requires switching to the legacy dispatch board.
