This collection of improvements to the Dispatch Board and related workflows enhances reliability, consistency, and usability for dispatchers who depend on these tools every day.
What's changing?
When you use click-to-drop or drag-and-drop to move a job to a different time on the Weekly or new Daily Dispatch Boards, ServiceTitan now prompts you to adjust the arrival window to match the new time. Previously, the original arrival window remained unchanged, which could cause confusion and scheduling conflicts.
A new Purchase Order Status column is available in the Jobs Tray. You can use this column to view, sort, and filter jobs by their associated purchase order (PO) status, rather than relying on tags alone.
Dispatch Board Preferences now include a tooltip that clarifies preference changes apply only to your account. This resolves confusion about whether preference changes affect all dispatchers or just you.
The non-job event audit trail now displays the full name of the person who made changes, instead of the username. This is consistent with how names appear elsewhere in ServiceTitan's audit trails.
Navigation labels across the Dispatch Board are now standardized. The classic board is labeled Classic Dispatch Board, and the new board is labeled Dispatch Board with Day and Week toggle options. Map and Crews links appear consistently regardless of which board view is active.
New menu items appear under Schedule in the left navigation, giving you quick access to all scheduling-related views, including the Dispatch Board, Map, and Crews, from a single location.
Dispatch Pro icons now appear consistently across the Weekly Board, Daily Board, Jobs Tray, and Holding Area, so you have full visibility into AI-driven assignment recommendations regardless of which board view you are working in.
A new Default Timeline Position preference lets you choose where the board positions when it loads. For the current date, the board can automatically scroll to the current time. For other dates, it positions to the start of your workday, eliminating repetitive scrolling throughout the day.
A new Preferred Dispatch Board Color option in the Preferences menu lets you choose between color modes for job bubbles and shift blocks. The updated palette restores the higher-contrast colors from the Classic Dispatch Board and improves accessibility for users with color vision differences.
Inline Knowledge Base article links and short descriptions now appear on all Dispatch settings screens, so you can find relevant help content without leaving the screen you are working on.
