Problem
You notice a blue dot with the text New Version Available on the ServiceTitan Office Employee Profile dropdown menu. You’re unsure of what it means and how to address it.
Solution
The New Version Available blue dot means a small performance update or bug fix has been pushed since the last time your page was refreshed. You may not see the blue dot very often, as it appears mostly on displays that project the same screen throughout the day.
The reason you see the option to refresh on your own is to help prevent the risk of clearing important text or other information you may have up on your screen. To refresh for updates:
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click your Profile icon.
From the dropdown menu, locate the New Version Available blue dot below Sign Out.
Click the blue dot to refresh the page.
Alternatively, refresh the page through your browser or navigate to another page to achieve the same result.
Note: If you refresh through your browser or by navigating to another page, the blue dot will not appear.
Important note: Some features may not be currently included in your account and additional configuration may be required. Please contact technical support for details.
