One of our employees can't access Audit Trail

Problem

One of our employees doesn't have the Audit Trail in their account settings.

Solution

Follow the steps to grant the permission.

Enable permission

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, go to People > Employees.

  3. Locate the employee and click Edit.

  4. Go to the Permissions tab

  5. Check the box for Allow employees viewing user and role permissions audit trail permission. A cursor clicking the Allow employees viewing user and role permissions audit trail permission.

  6. When finished, click Save Changes.
