This article explains how to resolve the error Action Canceled "Failed. ServiceTitan Internal Error. Batch Is Not Queued" received when attempting to export a batch.


Problem

Error is received when attempting to export a batch: Action Canceled "Failed. ServiceTitan Internal Error. Batch Is Not Queued".


Solution

Move the items into a new batch and re-export

When receiving the error Action Canceled "Failed. ServiceTitan Internal Error. Batch Is Not Queued", follow these steps to resolve the error:

  1. Navigate to the Accounting tab in your ServiceTitan Account.

  2. Select the Batch with the error and click on Batched.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Unpost the selected batch.

  4. Click Yes on the pop-up window that appears.

  5. Unbatch all transactions by clicking on the Unbatch button.

  6. Create a new batch.

  7. Add transactions to the new batch by clicking on the Box to the left of the transaction and then Batch which is located to the right.

  8. You can now export the new batch.


Check for inactive vendor

Another possible cause of the error is if an inactive vendor has been used on a bill within the batch. To fix:

  1.  Activate vendor OR change to a different active vendor on bill

  2. Re-export the batch
