Problem
You are experiencing difficulty exporting a batch that is stuck in exporting status.
Solution
On the navigation bar, go to Settings > Integrations > Quickbooks Desktop.
Select your QuickBooks company file
On the Chart of Accounts Mapped row, click Edit.
If you are unable to open the chart of accounts mapped section, close Quickbooks and the ServiceTitan Web Connector.
Re-open Quickbooks and the ServiceTitan Web Connect, and switch to single-user mode.
Re-export the batch.
Verify that all items have been exported successfully.
