Problem
When exporting batches to QuickBooks, you may receive an error message Action Cancelled - Error from Quickbooks: The ticket parameter is invalid when exporting batch #___.
Solution
Close QuickBooks and the ServiceTitan Web Connector.
Reopen both by running as an Administrator. To do this, right-click on the application icons and select Run as administrator. This may require a password.
Unpost the batch in ServiceTitan.
Post the batch again and export.
Note: If you receive an error message for a manually entered batch, bypass it by marking the batch as exported. This will clear the error message, but will not actually export the items to QuickBooks.
