Use the Aggregate Inventory Stock Report for Serialized Items template to create reports to track serial numbers at different inventory locations or jobs.
Note: To see the location of all serial numbers for a given serialized inventory item, you can also use the Inventory Items page. For more information, see Inventory Items.

Follow the steps to create a custom report based on the Aggregate Inventory Stock Report for Serialized Items template.
Run report
Before running your report, set filters to get the most relevant information you need:
Inventory Location—Where the serialized item is located
Status—Availability of a serialized item
Read report results
Your report results display in a table based on the filters you set. The Aggregate Inventory Stock Report for Serialized Items template includes the following columns by default:
Item Name—Name of the serialized item in your pricebook.
Item Code—Code of the serialized item in your pricebook.
Item Description—Description of the serialized Item.
Item Type—Material or Equipment.
Inventory Location—Location of the item.
Item Unit Cost—Individual cost of the serialized item.
Date In—Date the serial number of the item was added to your inventory.
Status—Availability status of the serialized item number.
Serial Number—Serial number of the item.
You can also add the following columns:
Item Unit Cost—Individual cost of the serialized item
Current Average Cost—The current average cost of the serialized item
You can add and remove columns related to serialized inventory for more specialized reporting. For more information, see Edit report columns. For further customization, you can also arrange and filter your results to narrow the focus of your report.
