ServiceTitan has search fields throughout the product that help you find information faster and navigate more efficiently.
Search for records: In the navigation bar, click Search
to find customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, calls, and more.
Search for settings: In the navigation bar, click Settings
and use the search field that opens to find the settings you want to edit faster.
Quick Navigation: Press forward slash (/) to open a search field you can use to quickly navigate to pages within ServiceTitan. Quick Navigation is disabled when you're entering text to allow for regular use of forward slash.
Search for records
Click Search
in the navigation bar.
Click the dropdown to select what you want to search for.
Use the filters to refine your search. To view all records that exist in a category, leave these fields blank and click Search
.
When you are ready to perform your search, click the Search
. Anything shown in blue is a link that opens the record.
When you have your search results, you can:
Filter your results using one or more filters on the left.
Click a column name to sort it alphabetically or numerically.
Click Close
to clear your search results.
Export your results as an XLSX or CSV file if you have the Allow Exporting Search Results permission enabled. To download a file, click the dropdown next to search and select a format.

Find settings faster by using search.
In the navigation bar, click Settings
.
In the side panel, enter the name of the setting you want in the search field.
Click the setting you want to edit.
Quick Navigation
Get to the page you want with fewer clicks. Pressing forward slash (/) opens a search field you can use to quickly navigate within ServiceTitan.
To use Quick Navigation:
From anywhere in ServiceTitan, press forward slash (/). Quick Navigation opens.
Note: Quick Navigation is disabled when you're entering text to allow for regular use of forward slash.
Enter the page you want to navigate to. Suggestions appear as you type. When you’ve found what you’re looking for, click the name of the page.
Tip: Click Close or press Esc to exit Quick Navigation.
