Use Preferences on the Call Booking screen to customize how you want the page to work.

Things to know

Changes you make to the Call Booking screen preferences only affect your account and do not change how the page works for other users.

Set up individual call booking preferences

To set up your own call booking preferences:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Calls.
    The Call Booking screen opens. 

  2. In the side menu, click Preferences.

  3. Click the toggle to enable or disable the job booking preferences.

  4. When you’re finished, click the to close the Preferences pop-up.

Available call booking preferences

You can customize your Call Booking screen with the following preferences:

Description

Automatically Open Location/Customer Pop-up

Enable this preference to make the location and customer window open automatically when you click on the location or customer.
Note: This preference defaults to automatically opening location/customer pop-up. Click the toggle to disable if you do not want the location/customer pop-up to appear.
