Overview
Use Marketing Pro Service Locations to view the Location's contacts, performance, and marketing history.
Who uses this feature
- Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team
- Primarily for Commercial Service & Replacement and Residential Service & Replacement business types.
Things to know
- Marketing Pro Service Location designates a primary contact.
- Performance Data indicating the email performance metrics is aggregated across all contacts within the Location by default.
Location Detail Overview
To get a granular look at a specific Location's performance and associated contacts:
- Go to Marketing Pro > Contacts.
- On the Contacts screen that opens, select the Customer you want to view.

- On the Customer Detail screen that opens, go to the All Service Locations section, then select a Service Location.
Note: You can also go to the Service Location Detail screen from the Contact Detail screen.
On the Service Location Detail screen that opens, you can:
- View Location information
- View Location primary Contact information
- View Service Location Contact details
- View Marketing Performance
- View historic marketing events
- Export Service Location Contact details data
View Location information
The header of the Service Location Detail screen contains:
- Location Name and Address: Name of the location and address where the Marketing Pro service is provided.
- Last Updated Date: The last date when the Service Location information was updated.
- Tags: Identifying labels for the Service Location.
- Office: The Office this Service Location belongs to.

View Location primary Contact information
On the side of the Service Location Detail screen, you can view the Location Primary Contact information.

View Service Location Contact details
- On the Service Location Detail screen, go to the Service Location Contact Details table to view all the Location contact information.
- The Service Location Contact Details table contains the following information about the contact:
- Name
- Role
- Phone
- Mailing Address
- Communication (preferences)
- Channels
- Click a contact's name to go to the Contact Detail screen and view more information about that contact.

View Marketing Performance
On the Service Location Detail screen, go to the Marketing Performance section to view performance data for the entire Location.
In the Marketing Performance table, you can see the following Email Performance metrics:
- Emails Sent
- Unique Open Rate
- Clicks
- Click Rate

View historic marketing events
On the Service Location Detail screen, go to the All Marketing Activity section. In the All Marketing Activity section, you can:
- View the contact marketing event across all channels and Locations
- View more events, by clicking View More
- Go to the campaign's detail screen by clicking a campaign name
- View marketing email sent by clicking View email

Export Service Location Contact details data
- On the Service Location Detail screen, go to the Service Location Contact Details table.
- Click Export.

- A CSV file downloads to your computer containing all of the data from the table.
