Marketing Pro Customer detail overview

Overview

In Marketing Pro, you can drill into the customer account of marketing content receivers to view their contacts, locations, performance, and marketing history.

  • Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team.

Things to know

       
  • Marketing Pro customer accounts consist of locations and contacts.
  •    
  • Each account has a primary contact that is defined by the default Brand.
  •    
  • Performance Data that indicates the email performance metrics is aggregated across all contacts and locations.

Customer Detail Overview

       
  1. Go to Marketing Pro > Contacts.        
               

    Note: The Residential or Commercial tab opens. This depends on which tab includes the larger number of contact records. The same concept applies on the Single Location and Multi-Location tabs.

  3. In the Customers or Leads table, click the customer for which you want to view details.

On the Customer Detail screen that opens, you can:

       
  • View Account (Customer) information
  •    
  • View Customer Primary Contact information
  •    
  • View All Contacts
  •    
  • View All Service Locations
  •    
  • View Marketing Performance
  •    
  • View historic marketing events
  •    
  • Export Contact and Location data

View Account (Customer) information

The header of the Customer Detail screen contains:

       
  • Customer Name: The name of the customer who received Marketing Pro service.
  •    
  • Last Updated Date: The last date when the customer information was updated.
  •    
  • Account Stage: The status of the marketing customer, such as Residential, Commercial, or others.
  •    
  • Tags: The marketing customer identifying labels.

View Customer Primary Contact information

The Customer Detail screen includes information about the primary contact. The customer's primary contact is defined when you create your default Brand. For more, see Manage Marketing Brand's Settings.

   

Note: If no customer primary contact is specified by the customer, the first created account is set as the customer's primary contact.

On the side of the Customer Detail screen, you can find the Customer Primary Contact information.

View All Contacts

The Customer Detail screen has a list of all contacts. You can access each contact's Contact Detail screen:

       
  1. On the Customer Detail screen, go to the All Contacts table. The table shows you every contact associated with the customer account.
  2.    
  3. The table displays the contact:        
                 
    1. Name
    2.            
    3. Role
    4.            
    5. Email
    6.            
    7. Phone
    8.            
    9. Mailing Address
    10.            
    11. Communication (preferences)
    12.            
    13. Channels
    14.

  5. Click a contact name to go to the Contact Detail screen and view more information.

View All Service Locations

Open all service locations associated with the customer and access each location's detail screen:

       
  1. On the Customer Detail screen, go to the All Service Locations table. The table displays every service location associated with the customer account.The table displays the following service location details:        
                 
    1. Service Location: The location where services are provided to the customer.
    2.            
    3. Service Type: The type of service provided to the customer.
    4.            
    5. Contact Information: The customer's contact information.
    6.

  3. Click a service location to go to the Service Location Detail screen for more information.

View Marketing Performance

On the Customer Detail screen, go to the Marketing Performance section to view performance data across the entire account.

The Marketing Performance table displays the following Email Performance metrics:

       
  • Emails Sent
  •    
  • Unique Open Rate
  •    
  • Clicks
  •    
  • Click Rate

View historic marketing events

View all marketing events associated with all locations and contacts tied to the customer. On the Customer Detail screen, go to the All Marketing Activity section.

In the All Marketing Activity section, you can:

       
  • View every employee or system-generated marketing event across all channels, all locations, and all contacts.
  •    
  • View more events by clicking View More.
  •    
  • Go to the campaign's detail screen by clicking a campaign name.
  •    
  • View marketing email sent by clicking View email.

Export Contact and Location data

       
  1. On the Customer Detail screen, go to the All Service Locations table.        
               

    Note: You can also download the contacts list from All Contacts table.

           
       
  2.    
  3. Click Export.
  4.    
  5. A .CSV file downloads to your computer containing all of the data from the table.
