Marketing Pro Contact detail overview

Overview

You can drill into your contact's details to see the associated locations, performance, and marketing history. This helps you better plan your campaign's target contacts and leads.

Things to know

       
  • You can associate every contact with multiple locations.
  •    
  • Performance Data is aggregated across all locations that are linked to the contact.

Contact Detail Overview

To get a more granular look at a specific contact's performance and associated locations:

       
  1. Go to Marketing Pro > Contacts.        
               

    Note: The Residential or Commercial tab opens. This depends on which tab includes the larger number of contact records. The same concept applies on the Single Location and Multi-Location tabs.

  3. Click the customer account you want to view its details for.
  4.    
  5. On the Customer Detail screen that opens, go to the All Contacts table and select a contact record.
  6.    
  7. On the Contact Detail screen that opens, you can:
       
  • View Contact information
  •    
  • View Preferred Contact information
  •    
  • View All Contacts information
  •    
  • View Associated Service Location
  •    
  • View Marketing Performance
  •    
  • View historic marketing events
  •    
  • Export Contact and Associated Service Location data

View Contact information

The header of the Contact Detail screen contains:

       
  • Contact Name: The name of the contact person who received Marketing Pro service.
  •    
  • Last Updated Date: The date when the contact information was last updated.
  •    
  • Tags: The customer's contact identifying labels.

View Preferred Contact information

On the side of every Contact Detail screen, you can see the Preferred Contact information.

View All Contacts information

On the Contact Detail screen, go to the All Contacts table to view all contact methods and destinations.

In the All Contacts table, you can view:

       
  • All contact channels of the contact person.
  •    
  • The contact person's email address, email status, phone number, and mailing address.
  •    
  • The communications sent to the contact person.

Change Contact's email status

In the All Contacts table, you can make the following changes to the email status:

       
  • To unsubscribe the email address from receiving email campaigns:        
                 
    • On the Contact Detail screen, click a Subscribed email status .
    •            
    • Select Unsubscribe and confirm your action.
    •        
       
  •    
  • To subscribe the email address:        
                 
    • On the Contact Detail screen, click the Unsubscribed email status .
    •            
    • Select Subscribed and confirm your action.
    •        
       

View Associated Service Location

On the Contact Detail screen, go to the Associated Service Location table. In the Associated Service Location table, you can view every service location associated with the contact.

For each service location, you can see the following contact's relevant information:

       
  • Service Location address
  •    
  • Email
  •    
  • Phone Number
  •    
  • Communication
  •    
  • Channel

View Marketing Performance

On the Contact Detail screen, go to the Marketing Performance section to view performance data for the entire contact.

In the Marketing Performance table, you can see the following Email Performance metrics:

       
  • Emails Sent
  •    
  • Unique Open Rate
  •    
  • Clicks
  •    
  • Click Rate

View historic marketing events

View all marketing events associated with all locations and contacts. On the Contact Detail screen, go to the All Marketing Activity section.

In the All Marketing Activity section, you can:

       
  • View the contact marketing event across all channels and across all locations.
  •    
  • View more events, by clicking View More.
  •    
  • Go to the campaign's detail screen by clicking a campaign name.
  •    
  • View marketing email sent by clicking View email.

Export Contact and Associated Service Location data

Export lists of all contacts and associated service locations as a .CSV file:

       
  1. On the Contact Detail screen, go to the All Contacts table.        
               

    Note: You can also download the location list from the Associated Service Locations table.

           
       
  2.    
  3. Click Export.
  4.    
  5. A .CSV file downloads to your computer containing all the data from the table.
