Set up your default forwarding numberLast updated on 09/23/2022

For phone integration to work, enter your default call forwarding number. This number, also known as the forward calls to number, is the physical phone line in the office to which incoming calls from the tracking numbers that you advertise and give to customers are forwarded by default. Like all your other back office lines, this is an unadvertised number that you shouldn’t give out to customers.

Set up forwarding number

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings icon-settings.png > Phones > Phone Numbers.

  2. Click Set Forwarding Number.

  3. Enter your default forwarding number.

  4. When you're done, click Save.
