Problem
The issue occurs when Selecting a recurring service event required when booking jobs is enabled. This setting can prevent job booking.
Solution
Go to Settings
> Operations > Job Types.Edit the Job Type that you are trying to book a job for.
Look for the option Make Selecting a recurring service event required when booking jobs.
If this option is selected, deselect it.
Save your changes.
Refresh your screen.
Try booking the job again.
