How to renew a membership

Problem

There are multiple methods available to renew a customer's membership.

Solution

Option 1: Renew via a converted renewal estimate

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Follow Up.

  2. Click the Expiring Memberships tab from the left column.

  3. Select the memberships for which you want to create renewal estimates.

  4. Click Bulk Edit.

  5. Select Build Estimates and click Apply.

  6. Once the estimate is Sold/Converted the membership will be renewed.

Note: You can't create a renewal estimate from the follow-up tab for a membership that already has a renewal estimate created in the past.

Option 2: Use the Renew Membership button

  1. Go to the customer's profile.

  2. Click on Memberships from the left side panel.

  3. Select the membership you wish to renew.

  4. Click on the Renew Membership on the upper right side of the screen.

Option 3: Add the renewal task to an invoice

  1. Add a renewal task to an invoice.

  2. Complete the invoice process.
