Why is the call number tag missing in Job Booking, and how do I fix it?

Problem

The user doesn't see the number of incoming calls on hold as they used to.

Solution

Clear the browser data to resolve the issue.

Clear cache in Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Google Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More and then Delete browsing data.

  3. A new window opens.

  4. Select the Advanced tab.

  5. From the Time range dropdown, select All time.

  6. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  7. Click Clear data.
