Caller ID drop-down menu not appearing in Google Chrome

Problem

The Caller ID drop-down menu does not appear in Google Chrome, making it impossible to choose a number to call from.

Solution

  1. Check if the issue is specific to your account or if others are experiencing it as well.

  2. Use incognito mode in Google Chrome to see if the issue persists.        

    1. Click More at the top right corner of your Chrome browser.

    2. Select New Incognito Window and log in to your account.

  3. Clear the cache and cookies in Chrome.        

    1. Click More at the top right corner of your Chrome browser.

    2. Click Clear Browsing Data.

    3. Select Cookies and Cached images and files.

    4. Change the time filter at the top to All Time.

    5. Click Clear Data.

    6. Make a hard refresh by selecting Ctrl + Shift + R.

  4. Disable any browser extensions that may be interfering with the Caller ID drop-down menu.

  5. Update Google Chrome to the latest version.        

    1. Click More at the top right corner of your Chrome browser.

    2. Select Help > About Google Chrome.

    3. Click Update Google Chrome then click Relaunch.

  6. If the issue persists, try using a different browser such as Safari or Firefox.
