Problem
Marketing numbers are assigned to the wrong department. They need to be assigned to the Main Line.
Solution
Reassigning the number to the office in ServiceTitan's settings.
Change the target
In ServiceTitan, go to Settings
> Phones Pro > Phone Numbers.Locate the number you want to add to your main line.
Hover over the number and click Edit
.Locate the Assign Number to Target dropdown menu and select the Office name. Then click Save.
To verify, go to your DialPad account and click Admin Settings > Office > Main line. You will see the newly added number in the Phone number(s) section.
Note: The last number you add as an office number in ServiceTitan becomes the Primary Number under the Main Line numbers in DialPad.
