Problem
You cannot configure Thumbtack integration because the system requires an administrator role user to sign the contract first.
Solution
Enable the integration
Go to the Thumbtack page in the ServiceTitan App Marketplace.
Click Get Started.
Fill out the form and click Agree and Submit.
The integrations team will enable the integration for your account.
Sign the data agreement
Go to Settings in the top toolbar.
In the side panel, go to Integrations > Marketing Integrations.
Find the Thumbtack integration and click Configure.
Click the authorization form, sign the data agreement, and complete the integration setup.
Note: An administrator must be the one to sign the authorization form. If you are not an administrator, send this to an administrator on your team to complete.
