Problem
GPS coordinates do not consistently appear for all technicians on the Technician Location Exception Report.
Solution
Workflow Summary
Check technician devices
Go to Settings in the top toolbar.
In the side panel, go to Integrations > GPS.
Check which GPS providers you have currently set up.
Click Edit next to your GPS provider.
Select Devices from the options.
Check that all technicians have devices assigned to them.
Contact technicians who are missing GPS coordinates, and ask them to enable Location Services for ServiceTitan Mobile on their devices.
Wait a few minutes and refresh the Technician Location Exception report to see if the technicians show up.
If the issues continue, try clearing your browser cookies and cache.
